Borrower and Reservation forms must be filed at least (2) two working days prior to the scheduled laboratory or activity; no other requests will be entertained during the scheduled laboratory.
DO NOT FORGET TO INSERT A "COMMENT" ON THE RESERVATION DATES THE QUANTITY OF TOOLS AND EQUIPMENTS TO BE BORROWED AND RETURNED BY THE UNIVERSITY PERSONNEL OR STUDENTS.
